IF we are serious about running active guild, which heavily depends on the GM, I suggest making forums active part of the community and organizing. Start asking people to register and use forums and TS for dungeon runs. Also, we need clear stated purpose of the guild. Who are we, what are we doing, why are we doing it. What do we expect from members, what should members expect from Guild ... that kind of things Takes a lot of time and effort to run one, and if there is no leadership we will start leaking people as fast as we recruited. Remember just about anyone can join a guild in ESO, it's leadership's job to make it into community. Unless we are just a trade hub, in which case just ignore everything I wrote oh and ... make a general chat sub forum for this kind of posts.

Some good ideas Buky, I agree entirely got a lot of responsibility but i am hoping that with a good team of officers and supportive members we should cope entirely well with the workload I am taking a more active approach to promoting the forums to all members and will continue to do so as they are further developed. Those who are seriously averse however to joining forums for whatever reason should not be penalized because of it . I am wary of driving more people away nagging them to join forums ect. Saying that i am sure those who want the guild to truly succeed will join anyway. I am also aware that we are still in very much the early game for most people and as such most haven't quite decided/realized what kind of community they need, as such i am keen to get as many people on board as possible recruitment wise. Asking them to join the forums and reminding them of the teamspeak is my common practice now. As for direction and some forwards planning i will be looking to compose a guild charter of sorts, to outline our rules and guidlines ect. This will follow shortly however i would be keen on input from others on that matter. I do think we have done well for such a short amount of time, the help of several of our members such as Kronos and Wodambe who set up a Teamspeak Server for us has been above and beyond, if we maintain this positive momentum we will be sure to gain ground. Thank you For your Suggestions bro, Glad your as keen to see Albion Rise as i am

How about a forum for people to post their Characters story? I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but i use to RP, and I know that, for me at least, I love building a little bit of in game History for my character. Makes it far more enjoyable to play, and for those interested in RP it's a must. For example my main is a Breton Templar named Anteros Ebonrose, son of a wealthy and influential noble close to the king, and he's set forth to make a name for himself away from his fathers shadow, and spread the word of the Daggerfall Covenant to all who will listen. .... *shrug* but that's just me
